Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have the right to request a return within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without providing a reason.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, unworn, with original tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please note that products for return should be sent to the following address: Debarska, 1000 Skopje, North Macedonia.
If your return request is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent back without prior approved return request may not be accepted.
The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective or an incorrect product was delivered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If the product is damaged, defective or if you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
In accordance with consumer protection regulations, certain products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, especially:
sealed products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery
personalized or made-to-order products
If you have questions about a specific product, we encourage you to contact us before starting a return process.
Product exchange
The fastest way to get another product is to return the existing product and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from receiving the product, without the need to provide a reason.
The product must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags and in original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or not.
If the refund is approved, the funds will be returned to you using the same payment method that you used for the purchase, within 10 working days.
Please note that additional time may be required for the bank or the card issuer to process the transaction.
